Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 10 white sausages
- 1 pinch of salt
- a few stalks of flat-leaf parsley
- ½ lemon(s)
- 1 onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Bring 3 liters of water to a boil. Add the parsley, lemon, salt, and the quartered onion. Remove the pot from the heat, add the white sausages, and let it simmer for 12 minutes.
