Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 90 g powdered sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 150 g flour
- 300 ml milk
- 200 ml cream
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 jar sour cherries

You just can’t get enough of it
Drain the sour cherries thoroughly. Line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the sour cherries evenly. Beat the eggs with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar for 5 minutes until very frothy. Then add the milk, cream, and salt. Sift the flour over the mixture and mix well. Very carefully pour the batter over the cherries. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) without fan for 30 minutes.
