Blueberry – cream – quark

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g blueberries, washed
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 1 dash of cream
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for in between meals or in the office, as a dessert or for parties

Using a mixer, combine the quark with the milk and cream until the mixture is light, airy, and creamy. Add the blueberries and stir gently. Season to taste with brown sugar and chill in the refrigerator for a while. Pour the quark mixture into glasses or bowls and garnish with some berries to serve. Tip: You can, of course, adapt the recipe to suit your taste.
