Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 225 g sugar
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 180 g condensed milk (Milkmaid)
  • 250 g butter, 80 g halva

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 30 minutes

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the heavy cream. Now stir in the flour and baking powder. Divide the dough into two portions. Stir in the cocoa powder to one portion. Bake individually at 180°C. Test the temperature with a skewer. Cut each layer in half. Grate the halva. Beat the butter until frothy and slowly stir in the milk. Now fold in the halva. Spread the cream over the layers and assemble. Decorate as desired and let stand.
