Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 20 cl coffee, hot
  • 5 cl Grand Marnier, (Cordon Rouge)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Coffee with Grand Marnier

Heat the Grand Marnier, but do not bring it to a boil, or the alcohol will evaporate. Pour into a warmed mug or latte macchiato glass. Add the sugar, pour over the hot coffee, and stir. Top the drink with a dollop of semi-whipped cream and serve immediately.
