Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of butter
- 12 tbsp white sugar
- 12 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 16 cookies (Oreo cookies), broken into pieces
- 340 g chocolate (chocolate chips), or chopped dark chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
For 32 pieces
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until well blended. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly stir in the dry ingredients and wet ingredients until well blended. Finally, fold in the Oreo pieces and chocolate chips. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop small balls of dough onto the sheet, leaving plenty of space between the cookies to allow for expansion. Bake for 7-9 minutes, or until cooked through but still soft. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before removing from the sheet. No matter what the occasion, these cookies are always a huge hit. More than that, I get asked for the recipe all the time, and these cookies are gone in minutes!
