Curry soup with banana

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 40 g butter
  • 30 g flour
  • ½ liter of water
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp vegetable broth
  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 100 g ham, chopped, if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat butter in a saucepan. Sauté the flour until light yellow. Add the water, milk, and cream. Dissolve the vegetable stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the mashed banana, curry, and sugar. Purée if necessary. If too thick, add a little more milk or cream. Add ham, if desired.
