Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 350 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 100 g almond flakes
- 50 g walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 150 g honey, liquid
- 4 tbsp oil
- possibly chocolate flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix everything together, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and spread the muesli on it. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). After 20 minutes, the muesli will be crispy. Turn it over 3-4 times during baking, otherwise it will burn. Tastes great with fruit, yogurt, or milk. You can also stir in some chocolate chips before serving, if desired.
