Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g natural yogurt
- some lemon juice
- 240 g beetroot
- 160 g apple
- some horseradish, from the jar
- some sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix the yogurt and lemon juice. Peel and dice the beetroot. Core and dice the apple. Add both to the yogurt and stir. Season to taste with horseradish and a little sugar.
