Healthy apple and carrot salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • 3 carrots
  • 30 g sultanas or raisins
  • orange juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the sultanas or raisins in a bowl and pour enough orange juice over them so that they are barely visible. Next, wash and peel the apple and carrots and grate them, but not too finely. Then mix the grated apple with the sultanas or raisins, the orange juice, and the lemon juice. The salad is now ready.
