Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g cream cheese
- 100 g cottage cheese
- 50 g cheese (Harzer Roller)
- 1 tbsp olive oil, cold pressed
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp, levelled paprika powder, hot or sweet
- some salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Crumble the Harzer Roller cheese and add it to a blender or a tall bowl along with all the other ingredients. Blend until smooth. Season to taste and add salt if necessary. It will keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
