Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, as desired
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 100g bacon
- salt and pepper
- possibly herbs
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Combine the ground meat, mustard, egg, salt, pepper, and herbs. Form into hand-sized balls and flatten them. Slice the feta cheese and place it on top of the ground meat. Fold over the excess edges and press down firmly. Reshape if necessary. Wrap the meatball in one or two slices of bacon. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meatballs.
