Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potatoes, waxy
- some butter
- e.g. parsley, fresh
- 1 pinch(s) nutmeg
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 45 minutes
from the pan or from the hot stone
Boil the potatoes with their skins on and let them cool completely. Then peel and grate them. Add fresh parsley, nutmeg, salt, and pepper, and mix everything well. For version 1: Melt some butter in the raclette pan and add some of the potato mixture to the pan. Sprinkle with raclette cheese and place the pan in the raclette grill for a few minutes. For version 2: Place some of the potato mixture on the hot stone and brown well on both sides.
