Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 slices of toast
- 1 cup of crème fraîche (150 g)
- 1 shot of milk or cream
- 100 g ham
- 100 g cheese, grated to taste
- 1 half onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- some chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
simply
Toast the slices of toast. Finely chop the ham and onion and place them in a bowl. Add the crème fraîche and grated cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Stir everything together. If the mixture is too thick, thin with a little cream or milk. The mixture should spread easily on the toast, but not run. Place the spread on a wire rack or baking sheet and bake in the oven at approximately 160°C (convection oven) for approximately 10-15 minutes (to taste). Sprinkle with chives before serving.
