Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 300 g goat’s cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • some salt and pepper
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with goat’s milk cream cheese

Peel the ripe avocados and mash them with a fork in a bowl. Drain the cream cheese and add it to the avocado spread. Peel 3-5 garlic cloves, if desired, and press them into the spread. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add a few squeezes of lemon juice to prevent the avocado spread from browning. Mix everything well. It’s perfect as a spread for crackers, as a spread on bread, or as a dip for meat.
