Wax bean salad with peppers

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 jars of wax beans
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 3 m.-large bell pepper(s), red, cut into fine strips, not too small
  • 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp dill, dried
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the wax beans and reserve the bean water. Place the beans in a bowl and add all the remaining ingredients, including 6 tablespoons of the bean water. Mix well and let stand for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
