Viennese cold soup with berries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g berries, e.g. strawberries, currants, raspberries, blueberries
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp orange liqueur
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 liter of sour milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

tastes very good with vanilla ice cream

Wash the fruit, drain well, and remove the stems. Carefully mix the fruit with powdered sugar, lemon juice, orange liqueur, and cinnamon. Cover and let stand for about 30 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and pour into dessert glasses.
