Pak Choi smoothie with pineapple and banana

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g pak choi
  • 100 g pineapple, fresh, peeled
  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 120 ml coconut water, maybe a little more, no coconut milk
  • some ginger, peeled, grated
  • possibly agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

vegan, low-fat

Wash the bok choy, shake dry, and cut into strips. Roughly chop the pineapple and peeled banana, then blend with the bok choy, ginger, and coconut water in a blender. Thin further if necessary and sweeten with agave syrup.
