Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g pak choi
- 100 g pineapple, fresh, peeled
- 1 small banana(s)
- 120 ml coconut water, maybe a little more, no coconut milk
- some ginger, peeled, grated
- possibly agave syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
vegan, low-fat
Wash the bok choy, shake dry, and cut into strips. Roughly chop the pineapple and peeled banana, then blend with the bok choy, ginger, and coconut water in a blender. Thin further if necessary and sweeten with agave syrup.
