Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g radish(s), white / red
- 250 g radishes
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp, heaped mustard, medium hot
- 4 tbsp vinegar, mild
- 3 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 sprigs of parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Coarsely grate the radish and onions. Peel, quarter, and finely slice the onion, then mix it with the radish and onions. Peel and press the garlic and make a dressing with the vinegar, oil, mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Finely chop the parsley and add it to the salad. Let it stand for a while.
