Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 ml Cremefine for whipping
- 200 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 g pudding (protein pudding caramel)
- n. B. Vanilla flavour powder
- 15 g dark chocolate
- 10 g hazelnuts, chopped

Toast the hazelnuts. Whisk the Cremefine, then fold in the low-fat quark and flavor powder. Pour half into a bowl, spread the caramel protein pudding on top, and pour the rest of the quark mixture over it. Melt the dark chocolate, mix in some of the hazelnuts, and spread this over the quark mixture. Sprinkle the remaining hazelnuts over the melted chocolate.
