Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bunch radishes, the green
- 1 banana(s)
- ½ lemon(s)
- ½ cm ginger
- 1 tsp honey
- 350 ml milk, vegan (spelt milk), alternatively you can use normal milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
green smoothie with radish greens
Wash the radish greens thoroughly, discarding any bad leaves. Squeeze the lemon. Then puree the leaves with the banana, ginger, lemon juice, and milk. If you’d like more sweetness, add 1 teaspoon of honey.
