- 1 roll of (to taste) dough from the refrigerated section
- 150 g sour cream or cream cheese
- 50 g diced ham
- 2 small onions
- n. B. Cheese, grated
- salt and pepper

quick and easy
Preheat oven to 220°C (180°C fan-assisted). Peel and dice the onions and stir them into the sour cream along with the ham cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Roll out the puff pastry and spread the sour cream evenly, leaving about 1-2 cm of free space around the edges. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Roll up the dough from the long side and cut 2-3 cm wide strips with a sharp knife. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-20 minutes.
