Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg roast pork (sirloin roast), marbled, from the neck
  • 500 g salt
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and sprinkle salt (approximately the size of the roast) on it. Season the meat on all sides with salt, pepper, and paprika and place it on the salt. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and roast the meat for about 2 hours. Increase the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) for the last half hour. The meat does not need to be turned. Serve with potato salad, pasta salad, or other side dishes.
