Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 2 spring onions
  • ¼ bunch parsley
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ lemon(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

I think it goes perfectly with a nice steak

Split the avocado in half and remove the stone. Now scoop out the inside with a spoon and cut into cubes. Clean the spring onion and slice it into thin rings. Place everything in a bowl with the spices and fold in. Season to taste with a few squeezes of lemon. Finish.
