quick and tasty

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Cut the baguette rolls in half lengthwise and spread half a cube of herb butter on each half. Top the bottom baguette halves with 3 slices of baguette salami, 2 slices of cooked ham, and some coleslaw. If you bought the coleslaw ready-made, squeeze it well. Spread some cocktail sauce on the coleslaw and sprinkle with cheese. Secure the baguette lids to the filled bottom half with wooden toothpicks and place the breads in the oven for 8 minutes. Then turn off the oven and let them rest for about 2 minutes with the door slightly ajar. Serve the baguettes and enjoy. Alternatively: Instead of the salami and cooked ham, mix tuna without oil with the garlic dip cream and place on the baguettes.
