Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g minced beef
- 100 g curd cheese, 20%
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp herbal salt
- 2 onions, chopped
- 4 tbsp 8 herbs, frozen
- Margarine or oil
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix all ingredients well, form meatballs, and fry. Suitable for food combining.
