Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 100 g water
- 100 g oil
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 5 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Then beat the egg yolks with the granulated sugar until frothy. Add the flour, baking powder, oil, and water and mix well. Then add the egg whites. Once everything is well blended, divide the batter and mix the cocoa powder into one half. Pour the two batters alternately into a well-greased baking pan and bake at approximately 170°C for 40 minutes.
