Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp oil, e.g. olive or walnut oil
  • 2 tbsp mixed herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the yogurt with the oil. Chop the herbs and mix in. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Carrots, spring onions, bell peppers, cucumbers, zucchini, celery, broccoli, or cauliflower go well with this dish.
