Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g Jerusalem artichoke
  • some oil
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the Jerusalem artichoke tubers and slice them thinly using a vegetable slicer or knife. Fry them in plenty of oil until golden brown. Drain the chips on kitchen paper and season with a little salt (or other spices to taste). Jerusalem artichoke chips are great with salads, soups, or meat dishes.
