Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 large zucchini
- 1 jar pasta sauce with zucchini and eggplant(s)
- 3 bell peppers, colored
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- n. B. herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
vegetarian and very tasty
Wash the zucchini, cut it in half, and scoop out the seeds from the middle with a tablespoon. Place it in a baking dish and add about 1 tablespoon of the pasta sauce to the hollow. Then trim and dice the bell peppers and arrange them on top of the pasta sauce. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes. Sprinkle the mozzarella on top and let it warm up before the last 5 minutes.
