Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna in its own juice (or in oil)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tsp, heaped parsley
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious with salad and bread

Finely chop the tuna and capers, trim the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Mix everything together with mayonnaise and crème fraîche, and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Delicious with fresh baguette or stuffed into bell peppers.
