Rhubarb-banana smoothie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 stalk(s) rhubarb
  • 2 dates (Medjool dates)
  • ¼ cup oatmeal, gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 ½ cup(s) water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the rhubarb stalks and chop them into large pieces. Peel the bananas. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until the smoothie is nice and creamy.
