Quick, super easy and delicious crêpes

Crack one egg per person and whisk until light and fluffy. Then add enough flour until the mixture is barely beatable. Now add enough milk to make the batter completely runny. Fry the crepes in a pan until wafer-thin on both sides. Fill with grated cheese and ham, Nutella, cinnamon and sugar, or Kinder Bars as desired and fold them together, ideally while still in the pan so the filling melts nicely. Only lightly grease the pan; if it’s a non-stick pan, leave it out completely. With this recipe, it’s not so important how much of the ingredients you add; you can’t really go wrong. However, I definitely recommend using a whisk to accurately judge the consistency.
