Family recipe with guaranteed success

Mix all ingredients well and place small mounds of dough onto the baking sheet. Bake at 200°C (400°F) fan-assisted oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. We like to eat them with sweet spreads, Nutella, jam, and beetroot juice. My mother worked as a kitchen manager in a company kitchen in the 80s. The chef gave her this recipe back then, and we make it quite often. That’s why these rolls are called “from the chef.”
