Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cube of yeast, or equivalent dry yeast
- ¾ liter of lukewarm water
- 4 tbsp vinegar, 5%
- 3 tsp salt
- 600 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 200 g whole wheat flour
- Fat, for the shape
- Oat flakes, for the shape and for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
crazy fast and ultra tasty
Knead the ingredients into a dough and pour it into a greased loaf pan sprinkled with oatmeal. Sprinkle with oatmeal or seeds. The bread dough does not need to rise. Do not preheat the oven! Bake at 220°C for approximately 60 minutes.
