Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 soft dates
  • 30 almonds
  • 100 g marzipan paste
  • 400 g dark chocolate, vegan

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with almonds and marzipan, makes 30 pralines

Coat the almonds in the marzipan mixture. Split the dates lengthwise and remove the pits. Press the coated almonds into the dates. Slowly melt the chocolate. Dip the filled dates into the chocolate, let them drain briefly, and place them on baking paper. Let them harden in the refrigerator and store. Makes 30 chocolates.
