Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

One-pot, quick to make, little washing up, simple ingredients, full of flavor

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius (450 degrees Fahrenheit) using conventional ovenproof cooking (conventional oven). Mix the tomato paste with a little cream in the casserole dish. Add the remaining cream and season generously. Add the chopped onion, raw pasta, and ham. Add enough water to just cover the pasta and mix well. Sprinkle with cheese. Place the casserole in the oven and bake for about 35 minutes. Note: There are many recipes for pasta and ham casserole. Since they’re all too complicated for me, here’s my optimized version. Its unique flavor is combined with its quick and easy preparation. All you need to do is wash the casserole dish, the ingredients are easy to buy in bulk, and you don’t need vegetable broth with a lot of additives. Come home from work, quickly fire up the oven, work for 10 minutes, set a timer, and enjoy the finished meal shortly after.
