Pasta salad without mayonnaise

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta, preferably spirali
  • 2 cups cream cheese with herbs
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 200 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 250g mozzarella
  • 2 packs of mixed herbs, frozen
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • ½ garlic
  • 3 gherkins
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • some cheese (Grana Padano), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Own creation with cream cheese sauce

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Mix together the cream cheese, yogurt, cream cheese, and frozen herbs. If the mixture is too thick, thin with a little milk. Finely dice the other ingredients and add. Season with salt, pepper, and a little sugar. Stir in the cooled pasta. Finally, sprinkle some Grana Padano over the pasta salad. At every party, I’m asked for the recipe for this homemade creation.
