Leaf and cucumber salad with tuna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g tuna, natural
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • ½ iceberg lettuce
  • ½ chili pepper(s), red
  • 1 tsp mustard (tarragon mustard)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (red wine vinegar)
  • 1 bunch of chives, cut into rolls
  • 2 tsp oil (rapeseed oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the iceberg lettuce. Peel the shallots and slice them into thin rings. Wash and grate the cucumber, finely dice the chili pepper, and add both to a bowl along with the iceberg lettuce. Prepare the salad dressing with mustard, salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil. Drain the tuna and scatter it over the salad with the chives. Spoon the dressing over the salad and serve.
