Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can tuna, in oil
- 4 gherkins
- 3 tbsp tomatoes, pureed
- 2 tbsp Ajvar , from the jar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Coarsely drain the tuna oil and place it in a bowl. Add the finely chopped gherkins and ajvar. Slowly stir in the passata until creamy. Mix everything thoroughly. It’s quick to prepare as a breakfast salad or suitable as a side salad for a buffet. As a main course, I would serve it with rice or a baguette.
