Potato pizza

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large potato(s)
  • ½ sweet potato(s), if desired
  • 1 bag of grated cheese, reduced fat
  • 1 pack of turkey breast slices
  • e.g. tomato ketchup, light
  • Pizza seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Vegetables of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Wash the potatoes, cut them into 0.5 cm thin slices with the skin on, and place them in a circle on the baking sheet (use baking paper!). Overlap the potatoes slightly to hold them together. If you like, you can also use cheese underneath the potatoes as glue. In my case, I use floury potatoes, but you can use a different variety if you like. If you like, you can add another layer of sweet potato slices on top, but cut them a little thinner. Now spread the ketchup on top and season with seasoning, then top with the turkey breast and cheese if desired. Bake at 200 °C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes, checking the firmness of the potatoes with a knife. Tip: You can also use boiled potatoes; then the pizza won’t take as long to cook.
