Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 chicken, roasted, boneless
  • 250 g asparagus
  • 250 g broccoli
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Pineapple juice, as needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Cut the chicken into small pieces. Cook the asparagus and broccoli until al dente. Cut the pineapple pieces into smaller pieces. Prepare a marinade of mayonnaise, sour cream, curry, salt, pepper, and a little pineapple juice and mix it into the ingredients. Let it sit for a while and season to taste.
