Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g blueberries, cleaned
- ½ melon(s) (mussel)
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 20 g sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Core and hollow out the melon, and arrange it on a flat plate as a bowl. Roughly chop the melon flesh. Mix with the hulled blueberries, crème fraîche, sugar, egg, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Fill the hollowed-out melon bowl. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for approximately 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar to garnish.
