Homemade nectarine or peach ice cream even without an ice cream maker

Wash the nectarines or peaches and remove the stones. Cut them into small cubes and then puree them with the soy milk or milk. Once the mixture is smooth, pour in the remaining ingredients. The mixture can then be poured into an ice cream maker. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can simply pour the mixture into a suitable mold and place it in the freezer for 8 hours, stirring every hour.
