Sunflower bread

  • 125 g Spelled grains
  • 1 Edge Bread * Mixed bread from my bakery
  • 1,5 Ripe bananas (depending on size)
  • 75 Mr. Yogurt, homemade
  • 125 g Wheat flour 812
  • 100 g Sunbeams nuclei
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Raw cane sugar
  • 90 ml Lukewarm water
  • 10 g Fresh yeast
  1. Put the spelled grains & the edge of the bread * mixed bread from my bakery into a coffee grinder / food processor. Grind both together. Peel the banana, cut into pieces, add, chop and mix / mix together.
  2. Add homemade yogurt, wheat flour, sunflower seeds, salt, raw cane sugar, lukewarm water and fresh yeast. Mix / mix everything together. Preheat the oven to 200 ° degrees top / bottom heat. Line a loaf pan with baking paper.
  3. Pour in the bread dough, smooth out and cover. Put in a warm place and let REST for 30 minutes. Then remove the cloth or similar and put it in the preheated oven. Bake there for about 45 minutes. Remove after baking and let cool down a little in the loaf pan.
  4. Then place on a rack and let cool down completely. Only then cut off.
