Bread with Sunflower Seeds

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Flour
  • 3 tbsp Soft wheat semolina
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Yeast cubes
  • 400 ml Warm water
  • Sunflower seed

Instructions
 

  • Knead all ingredients into a dough and let rise in a warm water bath. Knead again and shape a body or grease a mold and sprinkle the surface with flour. Let rise again (in the oven at 40 °). Preheat the oven to 250 °. Sprinkle the bread with water and bake for 25-30 minutes at 200 °. Allow to cool on a grill.
