Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ orange(s), grated peel and juice
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 5 minutes
(for 5-6 legs)
Mix all ingredients. Add the chicken thighs, cover, and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
