Marinade for ribs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g tomato ketchup
  • 50 ml maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 tbsp vinegar (fruit vinegar)
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • Tabasco
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the ingredients well and brush the ribs with it. Let them soak in for a while; you can also make them a day in advance.
