Baked goat cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g cheese (goat cheese)
  • 2 large beefsteak tomatoes
  • 75 ml olive oil
  • 30 g pine nuts
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the goat cheese into 6 slices. Wash the tomatoes and slice them thickly. Layer everything in a baking dish, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with pine nuts, and season with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven (200°C/400°F) for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle basil leaves over the cheese just before the end of the cooking time. Serve the goat cheese hot. It tastes great with flatbread.
